Good morning!

If you have submitted final financial reports in eRA for NOAA, is there a trick to it?  I am trying to help someone figure out where they are going wrong. eRA is pointing them to PMS and wanting the PAN number which seems strange to me since that would be for drawing funds and PMS refers them back to eRA.  The PI has delegated the financial reporting person access (not sure if it's the correct access), so not sure why he (or the PI) unable to submit the report.
