Subject: [RESADM-L] NIH salary cap

[This email originated from outside of OSU. Use caution with links and attachments.]

The new Exec Level II salary is $221,900, effective Jan 1. Are you using that to budget or are you waiting for NIH to officially announce the new salary cap? Last year’s notice came out on the 12th (which is today’s date).

This notice https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-24-039.html would lead one to think we could use the new rate to budget now: The current salary cap levels remain the same until the Executive Salary Levels change; typically, January 2024.

Thanks.
