This full-time position will serve as an integral member of the Research Operations team supporting all research systems and working closely with study teams, IS, and other collaborating departments/organizations. Works within Research Department managing applications and information systems supporting research at Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.

 

The Research Systems Administrator has significant responsibility and works at an independent level to provide support for the Research department and organization.  Under the direction of Research Leadership to support Research strategy, will oversee Research Departmental information system needs, ensuring appropriate implementation, access, organizational collaborative interactions, and engagement following departmental and institutional policies and regulatory guidelines. Participates and leads projects and initiatives to promote integrated systems, process improvement, and data collection and reporting to enhance creativity, scientific rigor & facilitate efficiency, and productivity.  Serve as a REDCap administrator for the organization.
