The DOE Critical Materials Accelerator FOA (DE-FOA-0003155) states that “an entity may submit only one Concept Paper and one Full Application for each topic area of this FOA.” Topic 1 is broken down into topics 1a and 1b, so we are unsure if these are considered to be the same topic area or separate. This question is listed in the Q&A spreadsheet on EERE Exchange, but the answer given only says to refer back to the FOA document. Does anyone have additional information regarding the limitation on submissions for this FOA?
