Have people noticed the big, red alert on the main Grants.gov homepage?
“Upcoming Changes to Grants.gov: The Grants.gov web interface will be updated following the downtime maintenance period, October 28-31, to provide a more intuitive and responsive user experience with upgraded security and enhanced
navigation. You can learn more by checking out our
latest blog post.”
It looks like they issued a blog post about it on 10/17, but that post did not mention the dates the system would be down. So this seems kind of sudden. Unless I missed something…..were there any other announcements about this? Apparently
their help desk is telling applicants that it does impact current deadlines during that period. Are people seeing any NOFOs re-issued with new deadline dates??
