Hello, my name is Sarah Kroenlein, and I am a doctoral candidate at Southern Illinois University Carbondale researching occupational stress in the academic research workforce. I am recruiting participants for an anonymous 15-minute survey.

1.       You are 19 years of age or older.

2.       You are employed full-time at a U.S. university or college as a tenure-track faculty member, tenured faculty member, or as a research administrator.
