Does anyone have experience submitting an International REU (iREU) site proposal to NSF https://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2023/nsf23601/nsf23601.htm ?  I have some general questions and a few budget specific questions.  If you’re willing to share insights, I’d appreciate the help!
