We have done them and the faculty member submits the application and then our AOR submits proof of employment.  Our OSP has no involvement other than to answer questions.

Hi everyone:

 

Looking for feedback on the loan repayment program https://www.lrp.nih.gov/ .  Our team has been approached some faculty members to help facilitate the process with submission of the application.  However, in my preliminary review of this information, there is no award made to the institution, and if it is funded, monies go directly to the bank/lending institution.  The only thing needed from the university is proof of employment.

 

Given this information, have you all been involved in the process of submitting this or helping the faculty member.  Feedback is appreciated.
