The Texas Center for Equity Promotion and College of Education Research Administration (COERA) team at The University of Texas at Austin are seeking qualified candidates for our Manager of Research Administration position. This position provides for work-life balance with a typically 40- hour work week that includes flexible work arrangements. The position is hybrid with the possibility of 100% remote work based on eligibility.

Job Description:

Serve as the primary research administrative contact and processor for the Texas Center for Equity Promotion. Perform all center research administration actions from proposal to closeout and coordinate research transaction routing for center affiliated faculty, students, and other researchers. The overall goal of this position is to establish core research administration functions within the Center with the opportunity for expansion of duties and the inclusion of direct reports and additional team members as the Center grows. By taking on this role the employee will gain experience that may later lead them to potential growth in leadership and supervisory duties within the center.

The posting will remain open at least the required institutional minimum of 7 calendar days, but the ultimate close date may be dependent upon the total applicant pool.
