Come join our awesome team on the Research Education, Outreach & Strategic Support Directorate within the Office of Sponsored Programs at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech)!

We're looking to hire a Proposal Training Specialist to:

• Identify, develop and coordinate training plans/courses to meet needs determined via individual or unit needs assessment and work analysis;
• Deliver and/or coordinate training availability and instruction utilizing multiple formats through targeted or campus-wide marketing efforts;
• Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts and appropriate knowledge management sources to identify and validate key learning points for training plans/courses;
• Provide technical assistance to faculty and research administrators during proposal or rep ort submission process. Identify, diagnose and resolve of complex problems involving electronic administration systems.

Some of the preferred skills include: Knowledge of Cayuse Proposals (S2S), Research.gov, eRA Commons, and willingness to learn and assist in managing additional systems, including those internal to the Institute (Contract Information System, eRouting, etc.); Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations regarding research administration including the federal Uniform Guidance, State of Georgia, University System of Georgia, and local regulations.
