The California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute at Sutter Health has an opening for a Research Operations Specialist!

The Research Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative logistics and operations support for the California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute (CPMCRI). Creates and maintains standard operations artifacts and helps support the execution of departmental processes. Coordinates activities and resources that impact multiple departments, systems, workflows with medium to high risk, scope, size and complexity. Develops and maintains tools, processes, and resources in conjunction with leadership. Works closely with colleagues in other departments to collect and route information and assists in managing timelines and escalates as appropriate. Will perform budget monitoring assistance, process implementation, and administrative support. Duties may include grant planning support and administration. The incumbent will serve as administrative contact and liaison for internal and external departments and constituents within their scope of responsibilities, respectively. Will work independently with limited degree of supervision in a work environment with multiple and conflicting priorities; anticipates and resolves problems and updates Operations Manager on status of tasks and projects.

Salary Range:

Hourly: $39.59 - $59.38

Annual Equivalent: $82,347.20 - $123,510.40
