We are closing out our first NASA cooperative agreement and have to submit negative new technology and equipment reports.

Can anyone offer any guidance how to do this? The online new technology reporting system seems to be prepared only for us to report an invention, not for negative reports. I cannot locate a form for the equipment report either. The GCAM is not very helpful in this regard.

Also, do they get the SF425 directly from the payment management system, or is this something we need to submit separately?
