The University of Maryland, College Park office of Sponsored Programs Accounting and Compliance seeks a collaborative Financial Administrator to provide post-award support to our research enterprise.  

This position is on the Sponsored Programs Accounting (SPA) team and would monitor sponsored research accounts from the Federal Government, State Government, Foundations, and Corporations. This will include, among other duties, the preparation of invoices, sponsor-required financial reports, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and identifying problems that may affect the cash position of the University. The Accountant will monitor spending on sponsored awards for compliance with federal regulations and University policies.
