It’s very difficult to read. However, for that one, the best this provides is that “The DMS Plan Attachment cannot be provided if the ‘DMS Plan’ flag value = Not Applicable.”
I would check that the setup for your application is correct. We know the rule applies to all NIH applications that might result in research data, which a U24 certainly would. So, something in the setup went wonky. Probably.

Thank you for your email! I'm having trouble with the Data Management and Sharing Plan attachment under the Research Plan tab. The error is stating that it's not accepting DMS plan for the application. I'm using the correct forms, and tried flattening the pdf and I still get the same error message.

We are trying to submit a U24 for the 01/25 deadline tomorrow and have received an error stating that the " Research Plan The "Data Management and Sharing Plan" attachment cannot be submitted for this application. (010.17.2)" Has anyone received this error message and how did you amend the issue?
