The research development and grants enterprise is growing at Seattle University – join our small but mighty team!

 

Seattle University has two new grant positions available:

 

  1. The Grant and Research Program Specialist is a departmental position located within the College of Science and Engineering which houses our largest grants portfolio. In addition to supporting the PIs with post-award management, this position will support the robust undergraduate research program. This is a great entry-level position to get started in research administration!

Salary range: $50,000 - $57,000

  1. The Grant Management Specialist is housed within our central Office of Sponsored Projects office and will support post-award management across the university – proactively supporting all PIs with financial and compliance reviews and helping to develop new processes, as well as hold a small portfolio of grants from cradle to grave. This role is great for someone with some grant and/or financial management experience, looking to deepen their work with research administration and make impactful changes in a small institutional setting.

Salary range: $58,600 - $64,900

Remote work (available for WA state residents only) or hybrid options
