Yes, we do flow that down as long as the subawardee is low risk. Saves some time and paperwork.

If you receive an award which grants you (as PTE) automatic carry-forward, do you then flow that down to your subawardees?

Are there conditions where you would NOT flow that down (e.g., audit findings, etc.)?
