The Transforming Health and Resilience in Veterans
(THRIVE) Program is seeking a full-time
Intake Coordinator. The THRIVE Program is a community-based clinical outreach program designed to provide care to veterans and first responders who are experiencing the effects of traumatic brain injuries or post-traumatic stress, resulting from
a career serving our nation. The program will evaluate, diagnose, and treat physical, cognitive and other health conditions during a 3-day evaluation. For more information visit the website:

The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for pre-screening veterans and helping to determine eligibility for the program. This person will assist with obtaining medical records,
booking travel and scheduling veterans for their 3-day diagnostic evaluation.
Applicant should have some knowledge of military culture & traumatic brain injuries.
