I had an issue uploading a COA and it was because the PI had “current” in the date field for their present appointment. Once I took that out and left blank, it allowed me to upload.

Good luck!

I am working on a NSF SaTC proposal and we are almost ready to submit. All the documents have been uploaded to research.gov with no issue. However, when I upload the COAs I get the below warning. The document uploads, but when I check it, all the cells are blank. I recently submitted a different NSF proposal and we had no issues with the COAs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Your file contains the following warning(s):
  • One or more COA template cells could not be saved. Look for differences between the preview and the COA template data, such as truncated or excluded data. If changes are needed to the COA template, delete the previously uploaded template file, and upload the revised COA template file.
