For those who were asking about SAM instructions, here is some step by step info we put together.  We still ran into problems that required tickets to be put in for help, but hopefully this is a little helpful.  I tried to remove anything specific to the organization and things might obviously be a bit different for your entity, but hopefully this is a good reference.
