I am on hold with eRA commons with a question so thought I would ask here while I wait, and wait.  Our folks in RA of course have access to eRA commons, we in compliance have no need to thus do not have access. But, we want to do a study that will require looking at some data our PIs have submitted – data from initial submission, progress reports, and final reports.  Do you know if the permissions available from eRA commons include read only?
