Hi friends and happy Friday!

My institution is seeking ideas to encourage/support/provide beneficial resources to our researchers to increase our sponsored activity. A little background: we are a PUI, R2, and our faculty teach a full (4:4/3:3) load which, as we all know, leaves LITTLE time for research/grant writing.
