Hi John,

The user’s account is probably inactive.  Once the user logs in to activate their account, you should be able to assign the roles.  We have a list of inactive users in our Grants.gov account that we only have the option to Delete.

So, get your new AO to log in and activate.

I hope this helps!

Subject: [RESADM-L] Assign a role for a new profile.

Hi Fellow Administrators,

How do you assign a “role” for a new profile that was created for our AO in grants.gov?

We are able to list the entity and the UEI number but we can’t assign a role to that profile. I can edit or delete. Any thoughts?

Thanks

John Hamill
