Hi, all!

I’m hoping someone out there with experience in filling out the SFLLL- Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form can provide some insight.

The form has required fields for first and last name of the registrant.  How have you handled this if the registrant is actually a company rather than an individual? 

Note that this is separate from the name of the individual providing services.
