Good morning,
Wondering if anyone has run into this before… When trying to upload a Project Summary in Research.gov for an NSF submission, we are continually receiving a warning regarding the line spacing. We’ve tried a couple of different approved fonts (11pt Times New Roman and 10pt Arial). The margins are all 1 inch, and the paper size is (8 1/2 by 11). We’ve made sure the spacing is correct (tried both single spacing and ‘Exactly’ 12pt). We also tried a test document with just the required 3 section headers and no other text. Even when there is no document uploaded at all, we still receive the warning as you can see below. We aren’t getting this warning for any other documents. We’re not quite sure what else to try. We have an email out to the NSF helpdesk, but thought we’d reach out to see if anyone on the listserv has ever experienced this before. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
