Hi Michele,
Thank you for the information. I tried that year again to no avail. I had tried every year from 1968 to 2022 (LOL). Nothing worked. I even tried 1888 the year
University of Texas (flagship) was founded.
Nothing is working!!!!

I would try Sept 1, 1971 (compared to the founding in 1969) if you haven't, according to the docs at https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/docs/ED/htm/ED.71.htm

Good morning,
We are trying to renew our university’s entity’s profile in Sam.gov, however there is a new layer of validation this year. It is asking for “Year of Incorporation” and we cannot get passed it. We do have a founding year, but that is not working (we have tried numerous years). We have also submitted an incident report, but have not hear back from the resolution team (we have also called the service desk, but they cannot help resolve this issue). Is any other universities experiencing this dilemma?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Sandra Garcia
