UCONN Sponsored Programs Services is hiring!

The UCONN Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR), Sponsored Program Services (SPS), is seeking energetic Pre-Award Grants and Contracts Specialist professionals to fill two specialist position vacancies: one in the administrative area of Faculty Shared Services, and the other in centralized Pre-Award Services.

The Faculty Shared Services role provides pre-award administrative guidance, oversight, and assistance to faculty and staff to facilitate University research and sponsored program activity, in accordance with federal and state laws, sponsor guidelines, and University policy and procedure. Pre-Award Services is responsible for the centralized review, approval, and in many cases, submission of research proposals on behalf of the University. Both roles work under limited supervision from a designated manager.
