The position is responsible for working closely with the Electronic Research Administration team to support the day to day operations, break/fixes, enhancements, and expansions of ERA systems. It will supervise a team of business analysts and will work with functional areas to develop and maintain product line road maps and ensure a successful product life-cycle. This position is responsible for understanding functional area needs, setting priorities for the product line team and managing the backlog. This position also handles personnel, training, and performance issues.

 

We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators, solution-oriented, and inspire to work on a high-performing team. Applicants and nominees must hold a bachelor’s degree and have 3 years of experience managing products, performing business analyst responsibilities, building roadmaps, and setting priorities.  Preferred qualifications for the position include having a Master’s degree with experience in higher education or experience in higher education electronic research administration.
