Hi Christine,
Vehicle purchases are allowed with HRSA. You will need to gather 3 quotes from three separate vendors and submit with either the cooperative agreement or grant. If a cooperative agreement HRSA will choose the
vehicle and provide the funding for purchase. Additionally you will need to justify how the vehicle will be used and where it will be stored when not in use for the sponsored project related purposes. I agree with Michael to touch bases with the PO and see
what vehicles they are currently considering as allowable.

Are preparing a proposal? It is allowable, with some restrictions, but it’s something to discuss with the program officer in advance of the application. I wouldn’t surprise them.

Can a vehicle(s) be purchased with HRSA NEPQR Mobile Health grant funds? I can't find anything in the solicitation or in other HRSA documents that says it's an unallowable cost.
