Hello –

 

I am interested to know if any university or non-profit has ever implemented a ‘mentorship’ program for potential/younger/newer faculty or researchers.  The goal would be to encourage them to submit grant applications and learn more about related activities (IP issues, publishing, etc.), possibly by pairing a newer faculty with an experience faculty member.
