JOB SUMMARY
The Office of the Vice President for Research, Research Compliance Services, is seeking an experienced Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) professional to join our team of Research
Compliance Specialists. Reporting to the Director of Research Compliance Services, the IACUC Program Specialist (Administrative Program Support 4) will coordinate with the Chair, members of the IACUC, Animal Care Services staff, and other university constituents
to ensure that all animal care and use activities related to research and/or teaching conform to all applicable university, state, federal, and other external regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Full-time positions include an
excellent benefits package including
medical and retirement, as well as employee and tuition waivers at the University of Connecticut. Salaries typically start at the minimum of the
salary band and range to the mid-point for progressively experienced candidates. Positions are anticipated to be based on the main UConn Storrs Campus. Employees are currently telecommuting until directed to
return to campus or as an otherwise authorized condition of employment.
