The dry stuff – job tasks and education/experience requirements 

This is a new position for a Senior Grants Specialist, working remotely in support of our office. The candidate will work closely with the university community to find funding opportunities, Identify project teams & collaborators, draft/review ancillary documents, edit/review technical documents, optimize proposal packages, and submit completed proposals per sponsor and interface guidelines.  

 

Due to the remote nature of the position, experience with research development and proposal development is required. Education is a bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience or an associate’s degree with 3-5. Previous experience in a higher education environment is preferred. CRA or CPRA certification is a plus.
