About the Position

Provides assistance with material transfer agreement, non-disclosure agreement, teaming agreements, memorandum of understanding, award agreements, memorandum of understanding, award agreements, subawards, agreements that includes consulting, equipment loan/use, collaboration, data use, research recharge center and intellectual property option, licensing and inter-institutional agreements. 

Minimum Qualifications:       

  • Bachelor's and six (6) years of related experience.
