Good morning Michael,
I would recommend checking with NCURA if you are a member. They have great resources.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Onboarding an new research administrator
Dear Colleagues, I remember this topic being discussed on a couple of different listservs in the recent past, but I can no longer find those emails. I’d be very interested in any SOPs, RA training checklists, or training manuals/handbooks
you might use when onboarding a new research administration team member, especially one without a research administration background.
Thanks so much for your help!!
Michael
