Good day!

We have encountered an error message with NIH Assist that we've never encountered before. This is pertaining to RFA RM-21-025. 

We have entered the documents into ASSIST and have received the following error:

We've tried the eRA helpdesk, copying the current application into a new application, deleting the evaluation component and resubmitting it and, since this is a resubmission for us, took the documents from the last submission to see if that resolved the error but nothing has. eRA helpdesk doesn't know why it's happening (we are trying them again) and having our local IT step in.
