Good morning,

 

Our university is currently onboarding a School of Veterinary Medicine and while everything is “normal” on the sponsored project front, we are expecting a large number of faculty to be coming in in the next few months. The school will welcome it’s first class in the Fall, so we are expecting some big things in the very near future. I was wondering if anyone has experience with a Vet School or with a new school coming on at your institution. I’m curious about challenges other universities have had and things we should be watching for, preparing for, etc.
