Here's the plan that I recently wrote for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee DOE Industrial Assessment Center application.  Keeping in mind that this program involves providing energy assessments to small businesses, I was able to use all sorts of external data to show how we would reach out to broad constituencies in addition to the university community to ensure diversity and inclusion.

DOE is beginning to require a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan in some of their program announcements.  I’ve attached a page from one such FOA that describes what should be included in the 5-page plan.
