Colleagues,
I have been charged with creating a brief protocol for managing multi-factor authentication requirements for eRA systems (which seem to be exponentially expanding). I have some preliminary thoughts on this and areas to address but suspect there is untapped wisdom in this group. Does anyone have a protocol/guidance/procedure/policy document or undocumented but effective practices to share?
