If you search NIH RePORTER on C06, you will get a list of funded proposals. While they only share the abstract, it will tell you submitted it so that you could reach out directly to that PI/institution with your request.

I am assisting our researchers with a C06 Biomedical Research Facilities application (PA-21-139) that is due to the NIH in March. Have any of you worked on an application of this nature before? Specifically, I am hoping someone might be willing to share a funded application - just to give us an idea of how it was structured.
