I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience using the Tango Card for processing incentive payments to participants on sponsored projects.
I’m specifically interested in any fees related to the use of this service, and whether the fees have been covered by grants? Are there any service terms that conflict with your University policies?
I am also concerned about whether anyone has experienced issues on the end user side.
Any information you are willing to share will be greatly appreciated.
