Hi all,

We are discussing how to better manage pre-applications or pre-proposals, to capture those going out the door without our knowledge as well as those with budget information being submitted to sponsors. Can anyone tell me what you do with pre-applications/proposals? Do you track them in your systems? Do you require PI's to submit through your offices?
