I have always added page numbers in word like normal. It places them in the bottom margin.  Never had a problem.

Subject: [RESADM-L] Page numbers on NSF proposals

Hi All,

Got a small technical question. How do you paginate your attachments for an NSF proposal? We are submitting on Fastlane and the PAPPG advises that we should paginate, but avoid entering anything within the 1-in margins. How have others handled this? I’m especially concerned about the Project Description and the 15-page limit.

Thanks in advance.

Best,

Christine
