I paid $60 for the practice exam. It was good practice but it did not prepare me for the CRA exam. The practice exam was a whole lot easier. The NCURA CRA study session (not the study group) was the most beneficial for me. If you haven’t already signed up for it, I highly recommend you do so before taking the exam. That will give you the framework of where you need to focus your attention.

I took the exam in Nov and passed. I did a RACC 1-day review session, then took the RACC practice exam to get an idea of where I was at. I do think it was helpful in identifying what areas might've needed more focus. The question format is the same as the exam, and I think in general it's a similar level of difficulty. You will have to figure out on your own which questions you missed as it doesn't tell you (only gives your score). BUT that detective work will help you study, too!
