Have any of your institutions run into issues with DOJ no longer accepting revisions to their award special conditions?
One of the terms requires DOJ to approve any publication developed with grant funds. University of Idaho had success in the past revising this language to a right to review,
but DOJ now refuses any revisions. The full language from DOJ is below. Feel free to respond offline.
