It depends on the program.
CSG funding does not have a CFDA and isn’t reportable on SEFA. CPB’s CSG 2009 Annual Financial Summary Report gives clarification regarding classifying the CSG funding as federal vs. private.

However, CPB does have funding from the Department of Education that is considered federal and includes a CFDA number.
