Dear Friends and Colleagues,
January 2021 will mark the 7th Annual Florida Research Administration Conference (FRAC). UCF will be hosting the conference online this year.
We again welcome all of our RESADM-L colleagues.
As always, we will be hosting 25 sessions. For this year, since we will be online, rather than in rented space, we will be holding consecutive, rather than concurrent 60-minute sessions.
The conference will have five topical areas each day, Monday through Friday, January 11th-15th:
9:00-10:00: Professional development
10:30-11:30: Preaward and sponsors
1:00-2:00: Sponsored award contracts
2:30-3:30: Post-award and research finance
4:00-5:00: Compliance and cybersecurity
Feel free to participate in all sessions, or in only the sessions of interest to you. Attend every day, or only attend the days that are convenient for you.
We have a wonderful line up of speakers who are generously donating their time from all over the country.
We are usually limited by our meeting space to 200 people, but this year, we can expand to 300. As our own costs will be minimal this year, we want to offer the conference free of charge. Please register early when the registration announcement
comes out as attendance will be limited. Registration is planned to open for non-UCF attendees during the first week of December.
