NIH sent this notice yesterday.  Have not seen a follow-up resolution email so the problem still exists.

We had trouble with one last week – a T32 institutional training grant that wasn’t properly populating the trainee diversity table that it self-generated. Took us 3 working days before it cleared after ‘escalating’ the issue with the help desk.  I ended up in a Webex zoom meeting showing the error that was generating with one of their people and she told me that they have been absolutely overwhelmed with issues in November so far.

Good Morning,

I’m just curious if anyone has heard any updates from the eRA Commons Help Desk, or if you have been able to successfully submit RPPRs today? We have several RPPRs awaiting submission that have been impacted by the technical issues.

Thank you!

Best,

Miranda
