A technical issue is affecting the submission
of the Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) in eRA Commons.
We are
actively working to identify the problem and will provide more information when it is available.
We are sorry for

If you feel the issue has impacted your ability to submit on time to NIH due dates, please follow our guidelines
for dealing
with system issues.
You can take advantage of our online
ticketing system or
call the eRA Service Desk at toll-free: 1-866-504-9552, phone: 301-402-7469. It is acceptable to list multiple impacted applications in the same ticket.

We had trouble with one last week – a T32 institutional training grant that wasn’t properly populating the trainee diversity table that it self-generated. Took us 3 working days before it cleared after ‘escalating’ the issue with the help
desk. I ended up in a Webex zoom meeting showing the error that was generating with one of their people and she told me that they have been absolutely overwhelmed with issues in November so far.
