Subject: [RESADM-L] Tracking RA staff workload ...??
Happy Thursday!
Some time ago, a colleague shared a spreadsheet that helped their office track RA staff workload. It was an excel file and allowed the staff member to assign a weighted score based on the characteristics of the proposal on which they were
working (federal, cost share, subs, international component, etc). Each score was given a weight and it calculated a final score or ‘difficulty’ level of the proposal.
Does anyone have a tool they use (and like!) that helps not only track # of props/awards (would love to have a tool for both pre and post!) per staff member but allows you to assign it a weighted score to account for the more complicated
submissions?
Thanks!!!
