Hi Pam,
The blank pages should not be removed. If you look at number 26 in the current and pending questions section here,
https://www.research.gov/common/attachment/Desktop/NSFPDF-FAQs.pdf, you will see the following:
“26.I have fewer than 15 projects/proposals to include in the NSF fillable format. Is it permissible to delete
some of the blank pages to reduce the overall size of my current and pending support document?
The NSF fillable format is a static document and blank pages should not be deleted. Any edits to this document will result in a non-compliant document that will prevent proposal
submission in FastLane, Research.gov or Grants.gov”
I hope that helps!

Subject: [RESADM-L] NSF Fillable Current and Pending Support Form
Hi, All!
I think I vaguely recall Jean Feldman mentioning that, with the addition of more “forms” to allow up to 15 entries for current and pending support (plus 10 more for in-kind), the document is very long, as in about 15 pages. What I don’t
recall was if she mentioned that there was anything we can do to shorten it if we don’t need all the entries.
Can one of you nice folks comment on this? And also, is there a way to remove the instructions on the form or do we just leave them there?
We’re a subaward on a complex proposal and I won’t be uploading the forms myself to be able to play with things a bit more. I also do not want to cause any unnecessary stress or work for the prime. They’ve got enough to deal with.
PS… my PI was unable to do the form in SciENcv. He kept getting an error message when he tried to create the form there. I haven’t looked into that due to other commitments, but may also check on that as well.
Many thanks, all, and stay well!
Pam
