I would check with whoever submitted our report and negotiated your IDC agreement with the government. Our IDC agreement has everything listed for calculating our benefit rate.

Hi, all,

I am following up on my post from earlier this week, and realized that there may not be that many folks out there who do not have a negotiated fringe benefit rate.

If you don’t have a negotiated rate, does your indirect cost rate agreement mention fringes and list items to be charged directly to awards?

Our new indirect cost agreement does note that fringes are to be charged directly and states that the fringes to be charged directly are listed below. A couple of expenses are missing from that list, so I am questioning whether or not we can charge them directly to awards.
