I hope all is well at Western. 25% of the total cost of the project would be my read as well.

Subject: [RESADM-L] how to calculate match for TPSID
Good morning all,
The TPSID RFP from US Dept of Education says, “In the FY 2020 competition, an institution or consortia must provide, from non-Federal funds, a matching contribution equal to at least 25 percent of cost of the project.”
I asked three times for clarification (Is the match requirement 25% of federal grant request, or 25% of total cost?) and finally received this reply: “I am not supposed to provide you with any additional information . . .”
So . . . how would you calculate the match?
Thanks for any insight!
